Every integration starts with a mapping session and a dry run against a sandbox or sample — you see exactly what would change before anything touches production. Dedupe and match rules run on every sync, and a full change log means nothing ever happens silently.

Usually one working session for field mapping and rules, then we handle the rest. Most integrations are live within a week or two. After that, the honest answer is: minutes per month, mostly spent reading the change report.
